Repetition with variations. See-C-Sea is a structural film with a flicker film at its base. Alternating black and white frames are broken up with various 16mm and super 8 footage. The sound is based on a C note then spans into variant forms of distortion. See, C, and Sea are repetitions in sound but each has its own meaning.
